THE RECENT DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH RESOLUTION
DIGITAL IMAGING HAS ENABLED ME TO LEAVE
THE DARKROOM BEHIND, AT LEAST FOR A WHILE.
NOW I CAN CONCENTRATE ON THE JOYS OF DESKTOP
PRINTING. GONE ARE THE ANNOYING CHEMICALS
OF THE DARKROOM. IN THEIR PLACE ARE THE
WONDERFUL, RICH COLORS AND TEXTURES OF
THE NEWLY DEVELOPED ARCHIVAL INKS AND PAPERS.
ARCHIVAL PRINTS WILL RESIST FADING FAR
LONGER THAN THE TRADITIONAL DARKROOM PRINT.
IF TREATED AS ANY ARTWORK ON PAPER, THAT IS,
OUT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT, AWAY FROM MOISTURE
AND FRAMED BEHIND GLASS THE LIFE SPAN OF
ONE OF THESE PRINTS SHOULD BE OVER ONE
HUNDRED YEARS.
THE NATURAL SUBJECTS OF BIRDS, ANIMALS
AND PLANTS ARE MY FAVORITE PHOTOGRAPHIC
THEMES AND ARE SHOWN IN THE WEB SITE

Pricing Information.
The images in the Galleries come in the form of Notecards,
whereas the image is attached to a blank 5X7 notecard, with envelope.
Other images are 5X7, matted to 8X10, 8X10 images matted to 11X14, and any of these images nicely matted and framed. The images can be printed on regular photo paper or printed on Archival Matte paper with pigment inks.Please specify.
